The main aim is to promote Psychological wellbeing.

Individual Therapy

“People start to heal the moment they feel heard”, Cheryl Richardson

Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, caring and confidential environment; to explore their feelings , beliefs or behaviours, work through challenging memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals and work toward desired change.

Couples Therapy

“We repeat what we don’t repair”, Christine Langley-Obaugh

Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy designed to psychologically modify the interaction of two persons who are in conflict with each other over one parameter or a variety of parameters (social, emotional, sexual or economic). Through definite types of communication, attempts are made to alleviate the disturbance, to reverse or change maladaptive patterns of behaviour, and to encourage personality growth and developments.

Family Therapy

“A family tie is like a tree, it can bend but it cannot break”, African Proverb.

Family therapy can be defined as any psychotherapeutic endeavour that explicitly focuses on altering the interactions between or among family members and seeks to improve the functioning of the family as a unit, or its subsystems, and/or the functioning of individual members of the family.

Group therapy

“If you want to go fast, go alone; If you want to go far, go together”, African Proverb.

Group therapy is a process through which a small group of people meet face to face with a therapist to talk about a particular issue with which all of them are struggling. Under the direction of the therapist, members share and explore their feelings and behaviours, hear different points of view and coping strategies and receive encouragements from others facing similar issues. Group therapy provides participants a powerful opportunity to share and learn from others in a safe and supportive environment while working toward healing and change.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

“Play is the most natural method of self-healing that childhood affords”, Erik Erikson

Child and adolescent therapy is dedicated to understanding the complex emotional lives of children, young people and families. Therapists assess and treat infants, children and young people and work with their parents, families and the networks surrounding them. Therapists are trained to carefully observe a child or young person and respond to what they might be communicating through their behaviour and play.
